Is Stevia the Best Sweetener?

Robert Ferguson--
Most "health enthusiasts" believe that if you're going to use a sweetener that it is best to choose the dietary supplement Stevia. Well, in small amounts Stevia is probably safe. However, high doses fed to rats reduced sperm production and increased cell proliferation in their testicles, which could cause infertility or other problems. At this moment there are several companies seeking approval from the FDA to use Stevia in foods. At Diet FREE Life we encourage the use of such sweeteners as Stevia, Splenda and Neotame.
And for those who have heard negatives about Splenda--STILL there is no conclusive evidence, studies or research that proves that Splenda is unhealthy.
