Ray Salomone's clients include Fortune 500 CEO's, Hollywood Stars, world renowned surgeons, media moguls, movie producers, fashion designers, Wall Street titans and former Olympic athletes. His WARRIORS AND GODDESSES WORKOUT is being used by over 150,000 people around the world. His new book is The Greco Roman Road To Wellness (Sterling & Ross/ Jun 2009), written with Dr. Katina Ioannidis.
A very important movie opens today. Food Inc is a documentary that educates us on what is being done to us through the food system and how we can take action to fight back. Here is the movie’s official website:
If you are concerned about your own health and the health of your children, it is important that you see this movie. You will be better informed. Your may become angry at how Big Food and Big Chemical are making decisions based on their profits and NOT our well-being.
You’ll meet those on the front lines of the fight. Authors Michael Pollan and Eric Scholosser. The CEO of Stonyfield Farms, Gary Hirshberg and farmer Joel Salatin (one of the most erudite and beautifully articulate people I have ever heard speak).
This movie is a call to action. My hope is that it inspires you. It did that and more to me. It pissed me off further than I already am. ( And I didn’t think that was possible!)
