Fat Loss Friday Radio Show With Plastic Surgeon Michael Pickart

FRIDAY, June 26, 2009

The show begins at 9:00 AM PST and 12:00 PM EST!

This week’s radio show is on losing weight even when the thyroid slows. If you feel you are having a tough time losing weight despite nutrition and exercise, like Oprah, you don’t want to miss this show. Other symptoms of an underactive thyroid -- also known as hypothyroidism -- include depression, infertility, fuzzy thinking, high cholesterol, neck pain or enlargement, hair loss, low sex drive, and worsening menstrual and menopausal symptoms. An underactive thyroid is the most common problem that affects the thyroid.

This week’s special guest is: Dr. Michael Pickart of the Pickart Plastic Surgery Center in Ventura, California. He is the author of The Cosmetic Surgery Patient (Cengage Learning/ Apr 2008). This will be a dynamic talk to include cosmetic surgery for people who lose an excess of 100 pounds.
